Refund Policy

Reservation Deposit: 50% of the puppy's purchase price
The remaining 50% balance is due before pickup or delivery
Full Refund Period (72 Hours)
Deposits are fully refundable within 72 hours of placement. If you change your mind within this timeframe, we will issue a complete refund of your deposit, no questions asked.
After 72 Hours
After the 72-hour period, deposits are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your deposit to another available puppy of equal or greater value within 6 months of the original deposit date.
Breeder Cancellation
If we are unable to fulfill your puppy reservation for any reason (health issues, breeding complications, etc.), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or you may choose to wait for the next available litter.
All puppies come with our comprehensive health guarantee. If a veterinarian diagnoses a congenital or hereditary health condition within 72 hours of delivery, you have the following options:
- Return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price
- Exchange the puppy for another available puppy of equal value
- Keep the puppy and receive reimbursement for veterinary treatment costs up to the purchase price
A written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian must be provided within 72 hours of receiving your puppy to qualify for this guarantee.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Dachshund Haven USA.
